OG spectra of Cygnus/Lyra
I've posted at
http://home.freeuk.com/m.gavin/ogspec.htm some new spectra of stars in Cygnus and Lyra via small prism before a camera lens coupled to CCD. Surprisingly despite the very low spectral resolution, emission line Wolf -Rayet stars and red Mira type stars pop into view. Maurice Gavin - WPO - UK |

I used to have a scope that made stars look like that ;-) Nice catch Maurice! You could make an animated colour screensaver version - very restful ;-) Robin |
