Default VTVL Grasshopper Test

It has been known since vonBraun briefed US military in the 1940s that Vertical Take Off Vertical Landing booster is an important technical development for low cost space transport. Unconstrained by political and industry ties, Space-X is making this important idea a reality with their Grasshopper Test booster;
