Default Russian launches cheaper than Shuttle flights

Though of course they do come without the huge payload capability and
they DO come with the shame.

BBC: (New American space ride)

It hopes this will save it significant sums of money. At the moment,
the US has no means of getting its own astronauts into orbit and
purchases rides on Russia's Soyuz rockets at $60m a seat.

Since it's really only costing Russia $6M per seat, that's a fairly
nifty profit of $54M/seat.
