The coolest take-away from TAS was by the end of the book the reader was left to speculate at to whether it was in fact a "natural" life form or an "engineered" life form presented as a space-borne calling card! The coolest of the cool was when the Wildfire scientists watched it mutate and grow from the emission of the electron-microscope alone! Forever thankful to Chrichton for this novel... |

Forever thankful to Chrichton for this novel... Crichton (previously an MD) has been described as anti-scientist. All his bad guys seem to wear lab coats. /dps -- Trust, but verify. |
