New Species and astro happenings
Recently, we learned that many new species exist even though they visually
look exactly like their cousins.(world-science.com) Is it possible that a few humans have evolved to understand life and reality without the need for supernatural, theistic and/or deistic beliefs? If not, how long will it be(if ever) that the majority will evolve to accept their individuality, importance of each life without the need for or use of those beliefs. Here are some timeline choices. (which do you choose?)(or, make your own up) 1. Before we meet one of the other intelligent beings in our galaxy. 2. After the above. 3. Before we meet intelligent beings from another galaxy. 4. After the above. 5. Before rudimentary life is found in our solar system.(If any) 6. After the above. 7. Before the next earth species ending astronomical cataclysm. 8. Before Andromeda collides with The Milky Way, if 7. has not happened to humans. 9. Before The Sun swallows Earth. 10.After we find another solar system to live in and none of the 9 items above have occurred. 11.After our lifespan has increased. Pick 150, 200, over 200 years. 12.After we learn to save our individuality and brains and have them transferred to an immortal vehicle. 13.The majority will never free themselves of the subject crutch or use of the subject to make money or gain power. |

Since I have it is more than a possibility, it's a certainty. : If not, Doesn't apply. The question is how long will it take before knuckle-dragging homo neanderthalensis dies out by self-destruction or destroys homo sapiens sapiens by over-population? He is capable of destroying other species on a scale unprecedented since the demise of the dinosaur. Go forth and multiply is the command with no stop signal in sight. His gawd said it, he believes it, for him that settles it, so his population doubles every 33 years. It cannot last. Fill the planet up, colonise Mars with the overflow. 33 years later and Mars is full. He's too stupid to understand geometric progression, thinks with his dick. That doesn't work. Famine does. Before the famine, war, as one tribe attempts to survive at the expense of the other. It will be nuclear war. Not long to wait, the tribes are gearing up for it. Kiss your arse goodbye, oblivion here we come. That's reality, ces't la vie. |

New Species and astro happenings
Dear DICZ:
Discoveries in astronomy and cosmology will depend on the human condition. The interaction of the universes' natural occurrences and our ability to face reality are intertwined and inseparable. Science will prevail only if we can change the majority delusional thinking. However, your attention to the astronomy parts of this post would be welcomed instead of attacking posters personally.
