Hmm. I'm not sure what you are referring to. Can you point to a
specific image?


....They're in quite a number of images where it's a distance shot of
one of the moons. Mimas comes to mind as being the first one where
I've seen these. They *are*, from what I can gather, stars in relative
motion due to the shutter speed required to gather the required light
levels. Of course, when the telemetry from the Bug Zapper that
Lockheed installed on the main buss comes back, I'll probably be
proven wrong big time.

Could be radiation-induced noise in the imager; depends how long was
taken for a given image.
