Default ASTRO: NGC 3646

I imaged NGC 3646 five years ago and liked it because it looks like a human
eye. This was another session that was cut short by clouds. The sky was
quite bright with the moon adding to the city lights, so I only did 3 minute
subexposures.

Taken from the middle of Berlin with a C8 at f/7 on a G11 mount, SXV-H9
camera, 27x3 minutes.

I can't seem to process shots with moonlight very well. That came out
very well for such short exposures. Neat ring type galaxy. Another I
didn't have on my ever growing list.

Sorry my cloud experience is moving to Germany, I didn't mean for others
to suffer. It has been happening to me almost every night I have
managed to image something. Very frustrating. And I'm using a
permanent setup so don't have all the setup time invested you do.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".
