Default Impact of Solar Storms on ISS altitude?

The recent reports of the 'biggest solar storms in recent history'
cause me to wonder about the impact of this increased solar flux on
ISS altitude. Given that the recent Progress spacecraft are launched
with minimal propellant, is this a new problem for ISS altitude?
