The Earth is proof of this.Ice in space with a temp.of 2.7 F and no star close by can last billions of years. Also microbes by the trillions are waiting for their ice rock to melt.Again Earth is proof.Bert

The ice is the microbes' space ship. Some of those microbes can get pretty big staying on that spaceship frozen for millions of years.

"Pretty close to absolute zero"!! Don't make me laugh!!

Absolute zero, zero degrees Kelvin, is -273 degrees C, which would have
to be somewhere around -460 degrees F

I like making people laugh. Its over 100f here in Anaheim so I'm thinking cold.I'm adding ice to my Bud.I think deep space is the coldest part of the univere.I think the neutrino in deep space is the coldest particle.I will ask Mayor Taut, and the mayor of LA to get a huge iceberg from the Artic so S.Mexicale can cool and have fresh drinking water plus keep my Bud cold.
