Default bright NEO object from NEO confirmation list

This morning there was a bright (~12th magnitude) object listed on the NEO confirmation page; it is now no longer on the list, presumably because additional observations were no longer needed. I did not think to save its designation before it was purged.

Can anyone provide the designation of this object, or some means by which its designation could be found? I was hoping to observe it this evening as it was favorably placed for observation. Thanks!
