Leftover arrows on the ISS that direct you to things that don't exist:

Meanwhile, evil Obama refuses to spend unnecessary money, and Congress
know that is illegal:

Just because we aren't going to build Ares-1 and Orion doesn't mean we
shouldn't hire the people who will take care of them once they aren't built.
How the hell did "Mr. Small Government" Ron Paul get his name on that
letter?

With the democrats in such a strong majority, good luck!

They should send the bill to the person directly responsible for the wasted
$11.5 billion dollars on a idiotic program, Former VP Cheney.

Another example of that is a photo of 3 sets of warning lights at LC-39: one each for Pads A, B and C. Can't find the
picture at the moment.

Has Kilroy been there yet?-)

What it needs is a big red glowing button that has "DON'T EVER PUSH!"
written under it, and of course the inevitable glowing eye of the
HAL-9000.
A tribble or two in the interior would also be a nice touch.

--- a few mynock figurines or paintings on the outside, preferrably where
they can be seen from inside the cupola.

Did any of the Apollo astronauts ever stick Kilroy on the Moon?
It seems like that would be a temptation that would be hard to resist,
especially for a military man.

Would be a nice single-panel: first expedition to eg. Phobos finds
"Kilroy was here" scrawled on a rock.
On a less flippant note, I wonder if it would become desirable to paint a
surface in vacuum, and if so, if a type of paint exists or can be developed
that's up for the job. An astronaut on an EVA doodling during a pause, or
writing something more useful...

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he shows up shortly. :-)

Years back, someone at a military website had a petition going for the
Post Office to issue a "Kilroy Was Here" stamp to commemorate veterans;
I think that would be a great idea. You could make a whole set of stamps
showing it scrawled in oddball places in different theaters of combat.
