I have a 10D that suffers from very bad Newton ring when used with my MaxScope40 I've yet a get a decent image via the 300D and currently using Minolta Dimage 7 handheld through double glazing :-)) but have Toucam webcam awaiting shift of whole pc to near patio - no laptop :-(( I need to get out and view the Sun more often. Here is a pic I took awhile ago with a Lumicon 1.5 angstrom filter and a Meade LPI camera. It is a single frame from an AVI file. http://www.jatobservatory.org/Galleries/Sun/Sun23p.jpg Very nice image for 1.5A ! -JATO http://jatobservatory.org |
