Default ATV press conf.

Now being British, I should be blowing our trumpet here, but having watched
this long lumbering press event the other day, I was left numb by the
apparent repetitive nature of it all.

Considering the UK has a minimal part in this, it was rather odd to find all
threee (did they really need three?) spokespersons, were in fact from the
UK.

We do seem to be at the centre of the beaurocratic universe in ESA of late.
Not I always thought the French were undisputed leaders in this area, but it
looks like the UK can give them a run for their money.

Come on ESA, lets just have the basics and the answers to questions, not
long ego massaging spouting of duplicate info as was the case in this
event.
