Default Stanford wins DARPA Grand Challenge - Carnegie Mellon takes 2nd & 3rd

7 hours 32 minutes for Stanford.

The CMU teams came in within 20 minutes or so after that.

I was disappointed with the "webcast" that there was supposed to be.

There were 2 audio updates and the real-time updates of standings had
serious problems.

At one point, ALL of the listed standings were revised to show fewer
miles than they had a half-hou before that.

And if you look at it now, the clock is still running on the 3 teams
that finished.

At least 1 team that was shown as eliminated at 81 miles, now shows
they made it 97 miles.

3 teams are still making progress - or so it says.

All the rest failed to make it.

Only 1 team failed to make it out of the gate.
