Project Vanguard documents

For those with a historical bent, the Defense Technical Information
Center has a number of Project Vanguard technical reports, quite a
few downloadable as PDF files. Most were generated by the Naval
Research Laboratory and many were originally classified. (In one case,
a December 1957 document on a possible successor to Vanguard, the
classification was S/RD.)


Go to stinet.dtic.mil/str/advanced-tr.html , put "Vanguard" in the
search box and tell it to sort by report date in ascending (oldest
first) order.
