Default laundry equipment for Mars mission?

That's not correct. They do laundry on the ISS.

The equipment includes laundry detergent and a plastic bag. It is

done
by hand.

It is "hung up" (for want of a better phrase, in zero-g) afterwards

to dry.
To clarify, this has been done (by a crewmember who wanted to preserve
some sentimental item, ISTR) but is not standard procedure. Standard
procedure is to wear the clothes for about a week (undergaments less,
outgarments more), and then stuff them in progress to be burned up.

Water is currently in short supply, so I doubt the current crew will be
doing much of this until the shuttle is back.
