First part was about the successful Falcon first stage reusability test
that was part of the recent CRS flight. It was successful.

SpaceX declares reusability test a success

The second part was about SpaceX trying to compete with EELV and will be
suing in an attempt to level the playing field.

SpaceX to Sue Over EELV Sole-Sourced Contract

These certainly are interesting times for the US launch industry.

I suppose that SpaceX had to do what it did for form's sake if nothing
else, but given the depth of their "launch" (hardware to the launch
site...) manifest and how it slips and such, I'd have to wonder if
this suit/protest isn't a case of not being careful what they wish
for.
