Default ISS Slow Leak

I recently heard that there is a very small leak on the ISS.
Could there be a link with the recent report of something
hitting the space station. Perhaps the station was struck
by a very small piece of space debris or a small meteor.
What is NASA's procedure if the slow leak continues but
can't be traced to a specific location?
