The third Saturn V with Borman, Lovell, and Anders on Apollo 8
lifted off 35 years ago today, Dec. 21, 1968.

Time flies.

The third Saturn V with Borman, Lovell, and Anders on Apollo 8
lifted off 35 years ago today, Dec. 21, 1968.


And I was at the Cape.


And this morning I saw the launch of a Delta with GPS from 200 miles
north of there.

Makes me feel old when you say that. It was the very first launch I saw
on TV. Hooked immediately.
