Speed of Light!!
If time runs slower close to massive body, does this mean speed of light will slow down? If so, then how is speed of light constant? |

The speed of light is currently a constant as per classical Einsteinian
relativity. I say "currently" because although it is believed that the speed of light is a constant now, it has recently been proposed by some cosmologists that the speed of light may have had different values during the growth of the universe.
