Default ASTRO: NGC 346 in the SMC

A "quickie" from my trip to Namibia in May/June: The Small Magellanic Cloud
only barely managed to creep above horizon, so I only did a short series
while waiting for other objects to climb higher.
This picture shows NGC 346 in the middle and NGC 371 to the upper left.
These emission nebulae are surprisingly blue, must be quite hot there.
Object: NGC 346, 371, 330
Scope: ASA 12" Astrograph
Camera: Atik 383/ Baader RGB
Exposu each 3x5m RGB, 4x5m Lum
Mount/Guiding: ASA DDM85/Leitrohr/Lodestar/AstroArt5
Seeing/limiting mag: SQM-L 21,6
Date: 25.05.2011
