Default Eastern black out! ;-)

Astronomers are being investigated for causing the eastern power black out!
With poor progress in controlling light pollution they believe that some
grouchy star gazer hacked into the hydro grid and dumped the system so he
could finally observe under dark sky conditions for a change! ;-)
