Default How far apart will the ISS and ATV be at 2159 Weds eve?

According to heavens above, they're about 3 minutes apart.

ISS passes my location at 21:55:50
ATV at 21:59:00

At 28,000 kph, that would make them 1400 kms apart, which don't sound
right to me.
