Considering the consequences of that tautological twister, wouldn't the earth's mean orbital radius be 1.005 AU?

The overwhelmingly vast majority.

I am still curious as to why Robert, since he is so certain, has not
done any sort of bulk data analysis of Kepler data and other such
datasets.

Not that this is the first time the question has been asked, of
course...
