Our nearest neighbours - SO 0253-1652
SO 0253-1652 is the 23rd closest system to Sol and is located in Aries, the Ram. Hipparcos flew in the early 1990s; this star (apparently known to some as "Teegarden's") was only reported in 2003, from data obtained by NEAT, and the current distance estimate dates from 2006.
