Default SLS (Space Launch System) ancient, a truck, no better than 40 years ago

The Saturn V was virtually identical in-terms of carrying capacity,
size, etc. Why not just use a modded version of it and save BILLIONS
in dev. costs (except what is STEALS from the Shuttle design) for this
new one? Because they no longer have the complete specs for the
Saturn V!!!!

But wasn't that Richard Nixon's fault, not NASA's fault?

Actually, they _do_ have the complete specs, they just don't have the
molds and tooling.

Congress, I think.
