Default Apollo Unified S-Band System

Dear all,

I'm searching for detailed information about the electronics (schemata,
used components, layout, etc.) used for the Unified S-Band System for
the Apollo spacecraft. Special interest are about the Unified S-Band
System within the Command and Service Module. Since I already read most
of the NASA documents, I'm still wondering what kind of electronics,
e.g. MESFET, transistors, logic devices, etc. those guys used to
construct the Unified S-Band System. Thanks for any hint.

best regards

Try asking about their "chapel bell" S-Band transponders.
