Metor
Last night while up at the corner ( very dead night too ) I had just trained my
scope on mars, looked up from the EP and from right under Mars a very bright metor flashed downward, Time: 6:45pm PDT Color: Bright Green Only lasted a 1/2 sec but was awsome and one of the brighest I've seen. Had to be as I'm under mega street lights and this one was as bright as Mars. -- "In this universe the night was falling, the shadows were lengthening towards an east that would not know another dawn. But elsewhere the stars were still young and the light of morning lingered: and along the path he once had followed, man would one day go again." Arthur C. Little things like that have a tendency to bail out an otherwise
forgettable night, don't they? Marty |
