Default Asteroid/Space Resources Question

Hello All,
How much mass in materials/metals does a SSP require or your typical
O'Neil type habitat? I just wanted to know give a rocky/metal
asteroid of so many (million)tons, and if you could totally mine and
refine it, how many SSPs or habitats could you build from it?

Also is there a limit of how many SSPs we could put in GEO before we
would have to worry about collisions? Ditto for placing Habitats in
either HEEO or L4 or L5?

I have a few ideas for some stories and just wanted to what is
possible/reason if you could fully exploit asteroidal/space resources

Just my $0.02
