Default NASA to buy Soyuz after 2010.

It seems NASA will get a waiver for buying Soyuz spacecraft to go to and from ISS. The House of Representatives passed
on Thursday a spending bill that allows to buy or use Soyuz spacecraft. The Senate had already passed a waiver for the
same. The Senate still needs to vote on the bill passed by the House but seems unlikely to oppose it since they have
already approved the principle of the waiver.
