Default Celestrak site down / gone?

I noticed the Celestrak site wasn't there today... DNS doesn't even
resolve the name anymore. The TLE Retriever software isn't working
for SpaceTrak either because the software can't contact Celestrak
first for updates. Anyone else seeing this problem?
