Object over sellafield power plant
Clicked onto heavens above, followed this link. Can't find the object on
their listings. Was a light travelling at about 100 miles per hour at 3.04 am east to west approx 24 inches in diameter, after approx a minute it turned north at poss 150-200 miles per hour and then disappeared. Obviously contact all relevant authorities, no air traffic in area (is no fly zone anyway). Was no higher than what planes travel at. Told it was probably a satellite. Any ideas where I could find out more? |

A satellite would have maintained a constant direction of travel - it would not have made the abrupt turn that you observed. Ted Molczan |
