Default BGA

Listening to the bits gleaned yesterday, I get the impression that maybe
during normal operation the bga is actually not required to do full 360 deg
turns, mainly wobbling. But since the sarj problem, this changed. Seems to
point to some kind of pollution in the connections in the rotary frings.

I suppose we could not have some kind of static discharge event which might
trip things at the same time. I suggest this as it would still need to be a
very orderly bit of crap to do the dirty deed apparently as simultaneously
as we are told it was.
