Unfortunately, all the links to Bob's e-mail address on the CfDS site are
broken and the one sent to me by a friend of his bounces! Can someone point
me to a valid e-mail address without posting it here?

He changed it recently owing to being swamped with spam. It's the same
as his old one, only hyphenless. (Email me if you get stuck)
