What is the shape of Universe?
Painius wrote, re. the QMists vs. relativists:
ya'll ought to be working together rather than obfuscating with each other so damned much! QM physicists won't find the answers without the help of relativists, and relativists won't find any answers while sitting on their dead asses letting the QMists do all the work. Yeah, but that would require violating the Ultimate Taboo, just that one simple adjustment to the sitting paradigm. Replace the "void" of space with the universe-filling Plenum of space. And recognize its self-evident hyperpressurized state (the SCO) which is the 'Key in the Lock'. Relativists need to accept the validity of the also-well-tested quantum mechanics and pitch in more on the quest for a TOE, rather than leaving it all up to particle physics! The quest of "searching for" a TOE under the sitting paradigm will *never* yield unification of gravity. It will amount to chasing the rainbow. But when the aforementioned adjustment is made, the disparate pieces of the puzzle *including gravity* begin falling into place hand-in-glove. And the UFTOE/GUT comes unsought and unsolicited and announces itself like a friendly dog who trotted in through the back door and sat down grinning. :-) |
