@bigpond.net.au: http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramo...rldoftomorrow/ David I saw the trailer for this movie yesterday when I saw "Lord of the Rings". Based on what I saw, I don't think there's going to be much middle ground on the resulting movie -- it's either going to be a lot of fun to watch, or utter crap-o-la. My money's on the latter... -- Reed |

Warren may have had a valid reason, but his method of damage control was akin to hiring Michael Jackson to run a day care center... I haven't seen the previews, but you know it's funny how some movies fall into that either/or category. I mean most you can probably place on a line from sucky-great based on previews, but others you just know it's going to be one or the other. Of course I finally got around to watching T3 the other night. If someone had told me it was supposed to be a comedy, I'd probably have gotten around to watching it even sooner. The artist has released a couple of pages that look good, but don't give away any of the plot. The various comic forums have predicted that, just to spite all of us, he'll balk on revealing where the Limeys got the money and end the mini on a "huh?" note. ....An aside note: Anyone who's enquired about the status of _Ministry of Space_ #3 has gotten one of two responses: 1) A '**** off and don't bother me about it' terse reply, and/or 2) Simply found that Warren trashed the query and has now blocked your e-mail address, according to the autoreply from his AOHell account. The attitude has knocked Warren down quite a few dozen pegs in everyone's opinion of him, and actually has me wanting to bitchslap him for being a limey prig if I ever meet him face to face. As it stands now, I've urged a boycott of all Warren Ellis books and efforts until he finishes _MoS_. Again, yea, I know he's been sick/father died/dog got run over by drunk grandma driving through a street market and all that, but he didn't have to be a dickwad about it...
