And there are no canalis on Mars.
Oops, and I had just reached the understanding that because

of
geological
activity, in the inner of mars, at periods those areas

'canali'
would
flood.
In fact the last time I read about that the concensus was

that
it
was
not
that long ago the last time that happend.
Thought it was a cute theory, would explain a few things,

like

observation
from earth long time agao.
I know you will prove me wrong now ;-)
JP

No, I won't even try to prove you wrong. Such a ludicrous
suggestion
stands
or
falls by its own merits (or the lack thereof).
Vulcanic activioty, it was actually from NASA, so... why not
complain to
them.
See, the water is undergound, likely covered by a frozen

layer.
If some changes happen, it may burst through at places.
They are looking for vulcanism, some gasses in the atmosphere

could
come
from
life (plants) OR vulcansim, pick you choice, I win both ways

:-)
JP

What do you want, a medal?

well i be dammed........Georgy you dont have anything else to

say
to
that...My word whats gotten into you? you eat something that was

bad ?
where is the georgy i knew??

First of all, it is rather presumptuous of you to assume that you

know
me.
Secondly, I had nothing else to say, because one cannot argue with

the
mentally
ill. Go take your meds.
The prob with Georgy is not only he has the same first name as GWB

the
loser,
who cannot even ride a bike, win a war, or run an oil company, no,

as
does
GWB,
Georgy constantly resorts to making enemies by accusations that

are
not
correct, like WMD he now accusses a poster with different views

then
his, of
insanity.

Denial is not a river in Egypt. You should seek help before it is

too
late.

This DOES look like some neural net failure mode, but let us leave

it
at
that, we all know this kind of behaviour, but best 2 to 1 he voted
republican.

Care to make a wager on that claim? The fact is that I am a

registered
democrat, not that you could ever tell the difference.

Maybe it was induced by sniffing to much radio active waste while
digging
for trilobites.
JP

So tell us some more irrational reasons why you believe that

trilobites
exist on
Mars!

oh Georgy baby............lookie what i found.....check it out.....

smirks http://radio.weblogs.com/0105910/2004/02/06.html

What you have found is an article that talks, second-handedly, I might

add,
about the Mars meteorite found in Antarctica that NASA had analyzed and

found
evidence of life. Tentative evidence that needed more study. The

scientific
community was skeptical from the start. Subsequent analyses did not

confirm
evidence for life on Mars via this meteorite. It is still a

contentious
issue,
and one which has no bearing on the ludicrous claims of tilobites or

sponges
existing on Mars.

errrrr georgy baby .........who mentioned sponges?? are you mad?

better eat right georgy you have said that more then once

here
and no one has ever mentioned sponges....

here take a b+ will help your over active brain cell there dude......

I mentioned sponges because there is another troll here who is claiming

that the
spherules are sponges, so I naturally lumped your ludicrous claim in with

his.
Kooks like you two must stick together, after all!

you know what georgy with what you say you have for creditials i think you

would have been more astute with whats what here in the news groups
.......guess i was sorely Mistaken .......giving more then you had ......and
as for what i have in my pocket it doesnt have anythign to do with this i
said earlier i am but an observer........your the one that said you know it
all not i ..........

I saw that. I thought it looked more like the little yellow smiley face

you see
on campaign buttons. Either that, or bozo the clown.

you would think that ....

But alas, your view on the sanity of anyone is not worth anything, as that
would require, by your own concepts, a certified shrink who actually published
in a peer reviewed journal.

If you need a second opinion, I can get you one. I'm quite certain it will not
be very difficult to obtain.

It is a safe bet you are not.

You are correct. I am not published in psychology. But then, I am a published
geologist, one who is posting in a geology newsgroup. What is your excuse?

No excuse bneeded.
I replied to a posting in sci.astro by what seems to be a geologist who lost
his way.

You are sadly mistaken. And is that sci.atro, and is astronomy, or astrology?
In your case, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was the latter.

If you want to talk politics, go to a newsgroup where they give a **** and stay
out of the science newsgroups, damned troll!
