Actually, I'm pretty sure of it. I wouldn't be surprised that the whole

reason the U.S. went back to the moon was that foreign intelligence learned
about Chinese plans for a moon landing before 2020. That off course meant
that the U.S. would have to do it sooner.


Umm, we did. Back in1969. You might have heard.
