Default today's the day...

Well, it looks like today's the day.

We'll find out if GWB has a real plan to explore space,
or whether he's just going to give Lucy the football
again and hope she really does let Charlie Brown kick
it this time.

Anyone have any guesses, before he makes the speech?

Phil
