efficient remedies to apply to such. The correct solutions have always
been found a single man with superior intelligence and understanding
of Nature Laws, and precisely in that case of the true foundation of
Our Universe which is the UPL or Universal Pressure Law. Once this
is understood easy solution to both free energy and fast travel using
degravitation can be easily found ... if not already found indeed !

hour reach ! Yep !

Mayors of some of the world's 40 largest cities are joining forces to
tackle climate change because governments have been too slow to
respond, London Mayor Ken Livingstone says.

Livingstone, who is chair of the second meeting of the mayors' climate
group C40 this week, said local leaders had to act on global warming
because they were much closer to the "day-to-day" problems of their
cities.

"They can't put it off for another study or wait for someone else to
lead - you have got to act," Livingstone told Reuters before he was
briefed on New York's emergency management plans and shown the city's
watch command centre.

"Particularly in the English-speaking world, whether it's Australia,
or America or Britain, governments have been far too slow to recognise
and take firm action. Therefore mayors and governors have started
collaborating," he said.

The world is split on its approach to tackling climate change with
many industrialised nations - except the US and Australia - agreeing
to the Kyoto Protocol that sets binding limits to cut greenhouse gas
emissions until 2012.

But Australia, the US, India, China, Japan and South Korea have
created a rival Asia-Pacific Partnership that aims to use technology,
rather than binding Kyoto-style caps, to cut greenhouse gases.

Scientists say greenhouse gases are tied to global warming, which
could cause deadly floods, droughts and heat waves.

Livingstone said the aim of the C40 summit, which first met in London
in 2005, was for cities to share ideas and band together to force down
the price of technology designed to combat global warming.

The UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has found that
global carbon dioxide emissions must fall 50 to 85 per cent by 2050 to
stop the planet from heating up more than 2 degrees celsius.

Mayors from more than 30 cities - including Bangkok, Berlin, Sydney,
Tokyo, Copenhagen, Delhi, Johannesburg, Karachi, Mexico City and Seoul
- will be at the C40 summit, while delegations from another 14
countries will also attend.

"Each of these cities is doing good things and what we need to learn
from each other is what's worked well, how rapidly we can spread that,
how rapidly we can copy it," Livingstone said.

He said the cities could take the same approach that former US
president Bill Clinton did earlier this month when he brokered a deal
to cut the price of AIDS treatments for 66 developing countries.

"By saying to firms cut the price massively, you'll sell more, you'll
be better off in the long run - we want that sort of thinking applied
to the climate change technology," Livingstone said.

Livingstone said in a statement that several projects to fight climate
change would be announced in collaboration with Clinton Climate
Initiative at the C40 summit.
