Default Monkey see, robot do.

Very odd. Monkey brain sends signals to robot in Japan who replicates
monkey's movements:

An extrapolation of this technology would allow a astronaut in Mars
orbit to control a humanoid robot on the surface without any sort of
direct commands, but simply doing things naturally as he sees what the
robot sees and gets tactile feedback from its hands.
Of course that robot could be one foot tall or one hundred feet tall.
And movement of the operator's legs and feet could be converted to
movement of treads or wheels on the robot.
Here's video of the experiment:

The military is of course interested, as this would allow you to make
something like Starship Troopers, with the trooper hundreds or thousands
of miles away from the powersuit.
