I didn't say *manned* spacecraft. Lockheed's been building spacecraft
for decades, including some that failed (which is where most lessons
are learned.) SpaceX is almost completely inexperienced.


Yeah, but manned is a whole other ball of wax, if for no other reason than
the TPS and recovery systems.


And life support, and human interfaces to control systems, and etc.
