A Bold New Plan for America

America needs to form a bold plan for the future. As part of an ultra
conservative right wing agenda which will enhance our space program -
this plan will include:


1.To outlaw all forms of casino gambling & step up enforcement of
illegal gambling.

2.To realize that our drug enforcement program is a total failure &
should be replaced with a program that will distribute drugs to
certified addicts. Also apply new types of treatments.

3.To resume lunar exploration, or at least immediatly & rapidly carry
out an initial unmanned/automated plan of lunar exploration.

4.To form a vast & intriguing new plan of cencorship.

5.To implement a new plan of prohibition.

6.To scrap & utterly destroy our public school system & replace it with
a program based on internet & educational tv. Private schools &
colleges could follow along on this plan as well.

7.To continue to finish the space station & concentrate on the
manufacturing & processing of purified materials & pharmaceuticals.

8.To lower the maximum tax rat to 10%

9.To have a balanced budget law, & not a constitutional ammendment -
which could take years if not decades to bring about. And also try to
pay off the national debt.

10.To do away with osha,epa,eeoc,sec,fcc,dept. of education, & reduce
other burdensome regulations.

If this plan is followed to the letter it will bring about a new era of
prosperity & progress for America. Will post a few add ons a while
later.

Folks like Trent Lott came into power from casino gambling.

Drugs are tied into oil and intel, of which is the life's blood of the
ultra conservative right wing. You're trying to provide a practical

Colleges don't need your plan as they are doing just fine. Who is going
to decide what is on TV?

To create exactly which market and why does it need it? Sounds like pie
in the sky to me.

That tax rat can be a real bear! Why not cut out political positions? I
love it when the GOP starts talking about limiting the size of
government, but never understood why as part of the process that they
didn't request, vote or otherwise abolish their own jobs.

You mean like we had under Bill Clinton and a GOP Congress but not now
like we have under George Bush and a GOP Congress?

Yes, it would seem like distributing drugs to certified addicts & a new
plan of prohibition contradict each other, but due to the unique nature
of each problem this plan could work. Besides, I could write several
pages explaining each plank, but I had to hurry it all along.

The problem here is that you are not trying to understand this & are
acting like subversives. Do you even care about the space program? Do
you care about making America a better country?

Or at least respond to these 2 questions - Do you think our multi
billion dollar a year effort to stop drugs from crossing our border is
effective. Has it stopped even 1 addict or user from getting the drugs
they want?

You might want to look at legal drugs like alcohol and nicotine and ask
yourself how would their use ever stop. It is about supply and demand.
As long as there is a demand for drugs, be they legal or not, then
there will ALWAYS be a supply.

I am not a neo-facist & I am not going away. I want to continue to
promote this plan, even advertising these great ideals on tv. Also, I
am not trying to control peoples lives, but to refocus the tremendous
financial waste that exists in our society into something more
usefull, & to greatly improve our space program.
