Default spirit rover dead?

latest news does not sound positive for spirit. no meaningfull
communication in 24 hours and nothing at all on the scientific channels.

I suspect the Martian whose larva got dragged to death by the airbag
surfaced and kicked "Spirit" into one of those sand bogs.
