the neolithic Solstice alignments which precede the Great Pyramid by a thousand years occur on the same day today as they did back then over 5200 years ago. It means axial precession can't be used to explain the Precession of the Equinoxes

Wrong again - axial precession explains why the stars behind the Sun at the solstice are different now to 5200 years ago. It doesn't change which day during the year the solstice occurs, because the Solstices define the year.

Many have learned in this forum that this first appearance of Sirius occurs on different dates at different latitudes

The heliacal rising of Sirius seen from Egypt used to be before the solstice and this fact defined the calendar in ancient Egypt. This year the heliacal rising of Sirius seen from Egypt is in August.

This proves you are wrong.

It is not a type of mind but a type of love which finds a home in the language these great works present . They are not intended to answer beggars at the door of the great works of astronomy and geometry but only for those who let them enter in their own way and own time.
