We don't because people of your ilk keep insisting that all money

You object to people keeping the stuff they worked for? If the money is
to be taxed away, why bother working? Or let us just barter and hide
what we make from the tax man.

Personally I don't want one cent more than I earned.

Which is based on some government funding somewhere.

.. I believe in the
basic principle of justice: what is mine is mine and what is yours is
yourse. A civilized man knows the difference between his own and other
people's. A savage barbarian, sees, wants and grabs. Which are you?

I'm not trying to tell you how to spend your money. You are trying
to tell everyone else how to spend theirs.

If you don't want your earned money to go to the government, don't
pay taxes. If you take this action, then you shouldn't use products
that other peoples' taxes pay for. Like all roads, schools, water,
sewage, any transportation, or ISPs. I suppose you'll have
to move out of the US back to an old country because colonization
was blessed by governments.
