The dreaded Polar Vortex may be shifting ...

When they run out of scientific explanations, they give it a scientific
sounding name, as in: "Polar Vortex", an unknown entity a decade
ago, but then along came that bugaboo of Global Warming ... er ...
Climate Change ... er ... Climate Disruption and a new cause to
unpack those worry beads, left over from that Impending "Ice Age"
scare of the early 80s, was born:

So, Global Warming, the religion of those suffering from Mental
Disorder, dictates that the accumulation of temperature in the
northern Hemisphere causes freezing weather conditions in
North America and Northern Europe ...
