a charge of defamtaion and or slander/libel as the last two
come under the first youll probably only be charged with
the former. The court then issues an order to your ISP
for your details. Then you will be served with the charges.

What he said was not slander...He never never stated anything as fact, so I
don't see how it is slanderous. You my friend are a horrible troll. Not very

It is up to you to then contact your lawyers/representatives
or do whatever you want. Wether you apear in court to answer
the charge against you is up to you, you could find yourself
in contempt if you dont. I would imagine under the circumstances
and as you will have no evidence to back up your claim that I am
a pedophile your lawyer will probably tell you to apear and
apologise and admit you got it wrong. Then costs against you
will be requested.

Unfortunately I have been advised that this could take
many months, it will not take weeks to resolve.

on this matter as it could be construed that I have led you
on to make further allegations. The phone call letter or kock

Your crack team of lawyers expects you to report on what happens here? They
are not data collecting for the case? Sounds like they are pretty sucky

Being accused of one of the most hideous and despicable of
crimes is not a funny matter. I suspect most people here
if accused of such a hidious crime would follow the same
action I am.

I'll go with what my people tell me thanks, I doubt I will
ever need legal assistance from you....It may not be slander
but it was sure defamation and I have had that confirmed thank you
by those who know and not some usenet troll such as yourself.
Slander comes under the defamation laws so there may be
two instead of one charge, that will be determined but there
is no doubt from my people that at least one charge will be brought
in due course.

Of course I have been instructed to report any instance of the
accuser repeating or commenting on their allegation, thats just
common sense.....you really need to give reality a chance lad.
If he/she repeats the allegation of course I will report it
and send full faxed copy of the repeated allegation including
full header information, I would be a fool not to as it can
only help my case.
