Default another planet whizzed past?

Hello

A few days (4) ago at about 6pm I saw what I took to be the Moon go over in
about the same position as the other moon I saw. I did look a bit like the
moon but the face seemed different. It was blue in colour. I only saw it
once.

The moon did not appear later.

It was not in the Moon's usual position.

My location is roughly 51 N 0 W and the direction was roughly 320 at an
elevation of roughly 40 (all in degrees).

The ecliptic plane is to the south of here and goes from 230 over to the
south of my head and ends up at 70. So it was not in this plane.

The object was a bit bigger than the moon and was marked with seas and
rills. One white rill came from the "top" down half way.

I did not take a photo because I thought "that must be the moon".

Have we captured the disaster scenario of a second moon? Or did I see
another asteroid whiz past?

You'll see that once in blue moon.

It was a planet named Liguth a second twin planet of Earth that on
rare
occasions will pass almost as near to Earth as the moon is only it is
about
100,000 miles beyond the moon traveling in an eliptical orbit it
usually is
on the other side of the sun but, every 200,000 years or so the orbit
it takes
allows it to be seen from the Earth as it passes its orbit just about
100,000
miles beyond our moon. It's a high classified secret and even those
who know
of it do not know exactly what it is like or if there is any form of
life on it.

It would seem it's size would cause a massive gravational event to
occur on Earth
and our Moon but, it's is traveling at such a fast speed it creates a
time warp
when it passes within view of Earth just over a 14 hour period
creating some form
of time - gravity event that makes it non-interactive with Earth other
than a brief view
of the planet Liguth. Perhaps there is life there much more advanced
than we are
and the UFOs reported and seen come from Liguth.
