Add Classic Credits & Skype Help

"December 4, 2006 BOINC's new Online Help system lets you get help from volunteers by talking with them using Skype. Volunteers speak several languages. December 4, 2006 SETI@home Classic users: you can now transfer your workunit totals to your SETI@home/BOINC account, even if you lost your Classic password."
